This place is a modern, relaxing hotel housed in a beautiful and elegant building.

The staff here were exceptional, going above and beyond to make our experience memorable. The reception staff were especially helpful, providing us with ideas for activities and even printing maps and ferry timetables. The communication with the staff was excellent and they were always available to assist us with any needs. The food at the hotel was top-notch, with excellent quality and taste. Although the menu was limited, the dishes were consistently delicious. The hotel itself had a very relaxing atmosphere, with high standard finishes and beautiful views. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet area but still within walking distance to boat services and with bus transportation available. We also loved the added bonus of kayaks, a floating raft on the lake, and a 6-person boat with cycles available for guest use free of charge. It was a unique experience that our kids absolutely loved. this place exceeded our expectations and provided us with a tranquil and memorable stay.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking Lake Como. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with an amazing infinity pool that was even heated for cooler weather. Our apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, including a washer. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The restaurant on-site was excellent, and we enjoyed breakfast with a view of the lake. The hotel's location was perfect, right on the shore of Lake Como and close to the ferries that can take you all over the lake, including to Bellagio. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Christmas at this hotel was an amazing experience. The hot chocolate and cookies were complimentary at all times, which was a very nice touch. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the lake from the balcony, and only a short walk to the ferry dock. The snowy mountains in the background made it even more picturesque. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The only downside was the limited options for breakfast. While the food was good, there could have been more variety.
